This has been up for quite some time, I remember someone posting it earlier last year. We still don't really know who wrote/hacked it, but it appears to be someone upset with the whole Vile Evils issue. During that time there were a lot of ups & downs with the project, and it ultimately collapsed. There was little official word on what was going on and a lot of us had trouble with the label that was promoting both PWEI & VE at the time.

Absolutely not, just because a domain name is registered in someone's name, does not mean by default that that person wrote everything on the website it links to. CATC is/was Clints website that was run by Tezzer (Terry).

Clearly since then it has been hacked.

Anyhow I think this is not a disgruntled fan - it's too garbled and inncorrect for a fan. It's like a robot did it by gathering random info. Even the picture is nothing to do wth PWEI.
