fair enough,how do i get my hands on the live bootleg project?

also i hate to be a pain but can you or anyone give me more details on how exactly was the exclusive remix of cape connetion given away by the beeb i.e. was it a download? when was it released? same goes for the hit the north sessions, all i know is what i have, that bullet proof and harry dean stanton were hit the north sessions, what radio programme are they from? when were they broadcast?

ive lived not knowing the answer to these questions for a number of years and they really do bother me, ive got o.c.d. unless that isnt clear so far.

Ok then.

The bootleg project was compiled by Payback a few years ago when everyone who had bootlegs sent them to him and he cleaned them up and compiled them as WAV's, there's around forty live recordings and a few other bits and bobs.

The Cape Connection mix was download only.

I'm pretty sure the Hit The North sessions were broadcast on Radio 1, when it was good (1992) and not a pile of utter dog wank like now.

And my work here is done.

Also just sorted out a list of all other none LP tracks (B-sides / edits / remixes / rare tracks) from the 'Vol 1' era that are currently 'in print' with a key to where you can buy them on CD / MP3...so I'll sort that out with links when I post up this volume to comliment it and clear up any queries.

Aiming for 1st of November to do this...just pottering with artwork now and I will sort out the actual music files over the weekend.

Ok, tagging the MP3 files and finishing the artwork today.

Can anyone offer to host the WAV version of this compilation? I can do the MP3 version no probs but I'll need someone with a swanky account to help with the large files sizes of the WAV's.

Just realised you cannot get the single mix of 'No Love' on MP3 - only the LP version which of course fades in to 'She's Surreal'. For some reason I thought it was on 16 DFOH...doh. it was on the 'Guru Of Grebo's' Anthology so I can rip it from that - that is deleted now and no download version of it either! it will fit on and rounds this up to 20 tracks. Will need to sort out the tagging and art though...oof!
