Almost never. I've had a saved eBay search for the last ~5 years scouring for one of these. Dunno how I missed the one Onket bought.

It's from the era I really got into the Poppies - the glow in the dark PWEI Communications shirt was my first Poppies top.

Mine wasn't via ebay. Someone who used to post on the old old (old?) 'nation board was selling it.

It was around the same time that nike released all that stuff with craig on it and some kind soul in the US bought some stuff & shipped it over for us. I got a nice brown hoodie.
