I think it always was to be honest.

I doubt vinyl reissues of PWEI have a massive catchment market, so it'd need to be something interesting (eg. Lick) or new to warrant it IMO. Of course, if it was yet another issue of Now For A Feast I'd probably end up buying it anyway, but that'd be me in the minority I would assume.
