Hi all,

Some weeks ago I sent out an order of 1 x CD to a new user . I sent this ahead of payment to meet that weeks batch. I've never received payment and it looks like the user hasn't been back on here as my PM's to them remain unread. I've tried to contact them via email with no joy.

Are you lurking? If so can you contact me so I can sort one of the following:

1) Payment for the CD if it arrived.

2) Arrange a claim back from Royal mail if the CD never actually arrived.

3) Arrange to have the CD returned to me if you don'y want it.

Mailed them both now. Maybe an explaination but as far as I'm aware he is active on Farcebook.
