Standard repayment whist interest rates are low. You can pay off lump sums with no penalties too.

Got my house valued last night...worth 8 grand less than when I bought it..Hull is rubbish.

Never admit to owning your own house. Anyone who phones or knocks at the door trying to sell your stuff rapidly loses interest if you tell them your renting
