I was specifically talking about the album they released which could have been another Pendulum album had it had a different cover on it.

The Prodigy lost it long ago, when one of their dancers got delusions of grandeur and thought he was a vocalist. Quite why Liam Howlett allowed this to happen I will never understand.

But the change of direction to a poor Pendulum imitation really was the final nail in the coffin.

Like I said though, people bought it, so as a business move it was quite astute.

Yes - Prodigy's first 2 lps are ace - after that...WTF? The last half decent single they had was Girls and the only good bit was the D Train sample.

I do think that would be the sound Gra would veer towards however. Wasted had some seriously PATENTED PRODIGY beats under it.

Oh Christ, the last thing I ever wanted to hear in a reviews thread is a Pendulum mention. Hideous band!

I'm excited for this album, though truth be told, I'm expecting them to take a while to shake off any average Vile Evils blemishes for future releases.
