I never saw Black Grape. I did see the Happy Mondays at Glastonbury one year, 1999 or 2000 I think. They weren't very good but it was great to see them live. Black Grape were better on record and I suspect they would have been better live too.

Been listening to the Ruthless Rap Assassins a lot recently and Kermit was great in them as well. More Hip Hop style though, obviously.

Just had a look at the Inspiral's facebook page, all seems to be positive feedback on the line-up, none of the vitriol that poor old Crabbi had to deal with!

Didn't realise how much they'd done pre-Tom, actually quite intrigued as to what the new stuff will sound like if they're going back to their garage roots, could be very Prisoners like.
