April 2019 tour pre-gig meet-ups anyone?

Hey hey there fellow Nationers, I'm starting the thread so folks can post where everyone is meeting up before the various gigs that are coming up.

So where's everyone meeting?

I'm going to London, Manchester, Glasgow, Bristol and Brum.

Last time I saw PWEI play Shepherd's Bush everyone met up at the bar next door

I have no idea about places to meet up near the venues in Manchester or Glasgow or Bristol.

There's loads of places near the Institute in Brum.

Suggestions? Plans?

Sounds good. I’m doing the full lot apart from the second night in Brum, and Chester.

Sindercombe Social is now the place on the corner by Shepherds Bush Empire, which usually works well. Not sure about other cities.

Hello! Yes, I'm coming over from Hong Kong for the Brum gigs and will be keen to hang out before/after the shows!

Tickets say doors at 19:00 - when would bands usually start? (I see a ton of show in Canada and know our general timing - unsure if stuff is the same)...

Do promoters usually post set times on Twitter or FB or anything before a show (that's become common over here, and makes it SO much easier to time a gig).
