(Before I continue, I must point out that I am a Stone Roses fan)

Twitter summed it up perfectly for me -
"Sounds like The Seahorses were asked to write a jingle for a 70s kids TV show"

NME, predictably are jizzing themselves over it. "And what a mighty anthemic return it is. Clocking in at just 3 mins 36 seconds, 'All For One' captures that classic Roses sound but drags it right into the 21st century as Brown croons: 'All For One. One For All. If We All Join Hands We'll Make A Wall' over Squire's spine tingling guitar licks and stunning extended solo" What a load of guff. Uninspired, cliche and dull.

Give me 21st century PWEI any day

it may be grower but right now its weak...poor lyrics...nice phased break before the dreaful zep lite solo though

Not a huge Roses fan, kind of grew out of them. Best thing was always the rhythm section, and the production's so flat on the new single you can barely hear Mani & Reni's on autopilot.

Pretty bland and unexciting tbh!

As an aside, remember when The Seahorses appeared there was all this speculation around the name being an anagram of "He hates roses", then once everyone had heard how awful they were someone wrote to the NME pointing out the more appropriate anagram was "The Arse Hoses"
