If Graham had not left the band and they had continued the next album could well have been a mixture of the 2, although with mid 90's production of course.

If I'm remembering correctly, Graham had said in an interview that Nosebleeder Turbo, Retro Dreaming, and Mask were songs that were floating around since 96. Those would certainly have complimented the other "finished" Clint songs on here well.
