just do what i do keep everything lower case! i only use capitals for titles now, i think people are just grateful for not having to real txt spk all the time. as a trained graphic designer i do think its importrant that remember that record covers are works of art and grammar rules do not always have to apply all the time, even the track listings on a cover are part of the work of art or art work and rigid rules should not, and can not apply. having said that obviously you want the legal and copyright info to be correct, but other than that anything that is artistic including typography is subjective.
