I bet they're promo VHS tapes not DVD's. Will be the video to the single. I used to have some PWEI & Ned's ones.

reading the feedback, it looks like these are rips onto DVDR from the original tapes...

I don't think DVDs were even in existence back in 1992

Still have my Unspoilt by Progress VHS though.
No VCR to play it in, but that's okay....
