And it's taken until now for me to realise the original lyrics aren't "wise up show 'em what you got".

Clint sounds like he is singing 'show em what you got'....the lyrics in the Lp inner say 'wise up sucker to what you got' which doesn't scan well if you try to sign along with that.

jas is singing 'show em what you got' and floz is singing 'wise up sucker to what you got' and makes it sound easy. Best of both worlds.
