Def Con One is from the start of the Twilight Zone bit to just before the next vocal comes, Can U Dig It? is most of the track up to the "We like the music" full stereo separation breakdown.

DJ Food used to do dnb stuff back in the day, I think. Quite ambienty chilled stuff if I remember right.

I miss Hijack. Used to be quite into them back in the day and have only got a taped copy of their album and nothing to play it on these days!

And talking of UK hip hop of that era, I bought the re-issued Ruthless Rap Assassins - The Killer Album from Red Cherry the other day. Love it!
