pop will eat itself

Anyone seen these?
I'm guessing from the info on HMV Japan site, they are just the UK pressings with Japanese OBI or something - same tracklist as the UK & the listing says "Import", but they have Japanese catalogue numbers & are released on a Japanese label.

A bit confusing, but either way... I've got some on order:

I have seen the tracklist / barcodes etc from the label & they are the same as the CR reissues.
I can get these CDs if anyone wants them... be looking at about AU$30 / GBP20 including postage.

If there are obi strips I might bite...maybe wait until yours arrive to see?

The Japanese, I deal with them a lot and love the people,
Have been a couple of times too and it's an amazing place,
but they're shady bastards when it comes to bootlegging music.
In some Tokyo stores you'll see a dodgy bootleg on the shelf right
next to the original release. Beatle albums, Beach Boys... nothing is sacred!

Apparently these are our versions, with OBI/Liners added.
