Amazing.

Sounded superb, from the moment my bones were shaken by the bass in The Moral Majority to the whole crowd singing along in fine voice to the "loves me she loves me she loves me she" of Wise Up! Sucker.

Brilliant atmosphere, great crowd (marred only by a couple of fucks who took it upon themselves to pick a fight with the whole mosh pit), and a great performance by the band. Every song - old and new - went down really well. I even enjoyed the slow outro to Seek & Destroy!

Right up there as one of my favourite PWEI shows ever.


Set list was - I think - exactly the same order as Reading.

Yep, good to hear of another stormer. In spite of the fact I can't walk still after doing a calf muscle pogoing at Reading, I'm starting to think about popping up Camden next week now...

Wolverhampton was a blast, the tunes were varied and all played to perfection. Great to be out on patrol, and chatted to a lot of old Poppies friends from down the years. Got my ticket signed by Graham in a boozer pre gig and met Adam in the bar area TOP BLOKE.

I know sometimes I can be far too sincere, but DCO was a car crash last week: it's not a fib to say that 90% of the crowd knew the lyrics better than Mary for that song.
