Hello - new here but really nice forum going on - am going to have to delve deeper !

There's a cover version of the incredible PWEI's Def Con One over at my website just now / soundcloud. Whilst doesn't compare to the Poppies, had a lot of fun making it.

You can hear it either at my website or soundcloud - links below.

Sounds pretty good to me (even though there appears to be no Clint!!).

What else can you do?

Reminds me that PWEI have been criminally neglected in the Cover Version stakes.

'Cept for that Die Krupps one. Strewth.

That's cool. I like the part at about 1:35 where it gets a spooky vibe.

Good cover, like the logo also ;). Indeed as stubborn puppet mentioned, the 'spooky' bit is cool, the echo effect that follows reminded me of Sigue Sigue Sputnik.

I like that a lot! Actually think if PWEI mark 2 were to re-record Def Con One it would sound a bit like that, vox are Mary-esque
