Adam told me at the London meetup nobody seems to know who owns the 6 unreleased tracks. It appears no one owns it but then it gets... complicated.
I remember a Cape Connection mix called the "Internet Mix" only released through a PWEI site. I don't remember it being stellar but there's a superrarity that I would love as a bonus track!
