What's 'for sync' in non-industry speak?
It sounds like it's more licencing than distribution. I assume this'll include the New Noise stuff too.

I did spot their name in the ANL CD. I was wondering what the deal was there.

It'll be for publishing & licensing purposes (movies, TV, adverts etc.).

I believe they will licence the ANL LP for the states...si now us UK fans have to get thet imported...there is already a US New Noise CD via metropolis but maybe a new issue with this deal?

It seems to specify the deal is with Sir Graham of Crabb and mentions tracks which only he penned (no offense but I doubt the world has been waiting for more opportunities to get access to 'Evelyn'). Does it not include Mansell-penned PWEI?

sounds like it may be a deal that looks at using his nd the new PWEI stuff in movies and that - licensing for soundtrack use.

Graham and Clint are quite quick to point out which songs are by who (and rightly so, credit where it's due), so I'm sure this is the same thing making it clear that we shouldn't expect to hear Def.Con.One or Auslander and so on as a part of the deal.
