I just got this reply from them (after chasing them for my CD) - sounds very familiar...
"Apologies for the delay in getting your order out to you.
I have checked the status of your order and this item is currently on hold as we are awaiting stock. We are expecting stock to arrive in the next week and as soon as we receive the stock into our warehouse we will be sending out your order. You will receive a confirmation email once your item has been dispatched.
