I'm in the US and ordered the CD without any problem. However, do I need to pay the additional International Shipping fee?

The CD product page says P&P is included in the cost. It's a bit confusing.

I think it's CD only you are ordering...the Pedge thing is a different company. Crabbi is just selling CD's i reckon - the whole download thing linked to CD's on shopify? Not sure how that works. CD's can be ripped though - not like vinyl - most vinyl releases give yo ua download code - but not all as I realised to day when I paid £20 plus for a vinyl only (no CD) release and had to pay another £8 for the mp3 version from amazon.
