I feel obliged to point out that this is nothing to do with me/us. We just license the tracks, the licensee is free to do what they want with the running order, artwork etc.
The store I bought mine from say they can't issue a replacement as every remaining copy they have themselves is damaged in some way - and so are all the copies that their distributor has !!
I've tried contacting Optic Nerve, will update if I hear anything back.
