Has anyone here received an undamaged copy?

The store I bought mine from say they can't issue a replacement as every remaining copy they have themselves is damaged in some way - and so are all the copies that their distributor has !!

I've tried contacting Optic Nerve, will update if I hear anything back.

Hmm, mine was in perfect condition. I bought mine through Norman Records as recommended from here. Where did you get yours from?

mine was from Normans - and perfect. Hopefully if they have been poorly manufactured then ON can get re-imbursed for the loss of stock?
