Though I somehow doubt the last minute cancellation-of-the-album/oh-look-Pop-Will-Eat-Itself-have-reformed! of 2010 went down particularly well with the dPulse label, maybe they are doing this to recover a sum of money they otherwise would have to write off and have no hope of making back?

I doubt they gave any notice to Crabbi. The disclaimer says they are in no way affiliated with the new PWEI, which to me says they want to attempt to distance NNDBAS from VLVE as much as possible. I imagine they own certain rights to certain mixes, which is why I imagine most of the song names have been changed with little tweaks. What a dirty move, though. Seems to fit with the image they demonstrated last year; kicking back and making money off the hard working folks.
