If PWEI was a band that changed lineup with every record (like the Sisters Of Mercy, The Fall, etc.), we'd be used to it.

Everyone seems to forget that there is not one person in 2011 PWEI who was also in 1996 PWEI. How can it be the same band?

I don't agree that calling it Pop Will Eat Itself is valid or fair representation of the band as is. You do. Up to you.

The way I see it is that Graham has a new band and it's called Pop Will Eat Itself. I don't disagree with the existence of a new band, a new album or a new tour. I've been nothing but hopeful that the new venture is a success.

But calling it PWEI? That's what I disagree with. No need for getting personal.
