Personally I Think its great

I'll need to give it another listen (I've also been reading the excellent sleeve notes and watching the F1 qualifying all at the same time) but it's mostly pretty damn good, I would've hammered this back in '96 definitely. I thought that I'm Gonna Get You Baby might be the weak spot, but the strings bit at the end sounds good. The more electronic sounds and sampled beats and the generally harsher sound really work for me.

I wish that the first disc had some more unheard stuff though, as there's only one track I've not heard before.

Right there's good news and bad news. The good news is that we finally have the 96 album and for the most part it's really good, Dehydration and 1-800 Outsider are a bit weak and Hangman is let down by a bloody dreadful vocal effect but stand out tracks are I Am The One, Out Of Darkness and 100% aswel as The Demon (It's not the SNB version, it's something else entirly) The bad news is the Dos Dedos reissue, with the exeption of Kick To Kill / Let It Flow the bonus tracks are a rubbish selection. Out of five tracks i already have four and do we REALLY need cpi#2 again? In my opinion compared to the treatment the other albums got this one has come up way short and is a bit of a let down.

Chris- I must admit I assumed the pwei96 tracks were the extra for this one. I like the kick to kill demo. I love the 96 album. If course there are some less good ones on there. For me I like 100% is it. Demon and 1 or 2 others that I can't remember the name of! There's deffo a harder guitar sound on here.

I do prefer new noise though if you're comparing???
