I think there were some pretty scathing posts about a) the band 'reforming' as pwei and b) New Noise at the time. Were they on here or the previous boards? Not sure, but I think we generally take a pretty fair position on here as 'fans'. We're not frothing at the mouth rabid fans who'll swallow anything and we're not those who simply refuse to accept anything new.

Having listened to it on and off since it's release, its definitely grown on me. Definitely not on a par with the first three albums, but I listen to it more than tlotl or ddma. I understand the comments about it not having the edge on the guitars - it's fairly generic in that respect, but I think some of it really feels like PWEI (or as I've realised probably Crabbi).
Just my opinion, wouldn't the world be boring if we all thought the same? One of my best mates loved box frenzy but hated titd, never to return to the fold. Go figure!

OMG who opened this can of worms?! I think NNDBAS is a fuckin boss album!! You guys must be using the wrong headphones coz that shit is clear. Maybe no one here goes to the gym- coz I smash treadmills with chaos, mask and nosebleeder those three tracks following each other is relentless energy at full volume! Especially with a fit bird on the treadie next to ya!! Equal zero is a good recovery track before the rest of the album sweeps you away again. Its also great for pumping steal with such I've found ok school good for. This album is another level...and I can't wait to see what the drummer and bass player add to the next album and I especially look forward to more from Tim muddyman!! Best album yet!!

Not sure how you can say it's the best album yet, but obviously glad you get so much out of it.
