It was never one of my favourite VE tracks anyway, but after a few plays it was ok(ish)

With what has been said by Graham, the musicians he has in the band i was kind of expecting something along these lines. Would much prefer a return to the more dance influenced sound - had some hope when Mary was a part of it but i guess you if it was too similar to the older stuff we would hear a lot of people saying the sound was the same and has not gone forward.

Yeah it's massively overproduced, but I fucking love it. As a standalone track it kicks arse, whether you think it's a PWEI song or some other entity it absolutely rocks. This will be the Poppies Invaders Must Die or With Teeth - maybe not what the hardcore fans hoped for but at the same time an eye opener for a new generation. Well pleased/

completely agree acidpits i've listened quite a few times and would give it a solid 8/10! love it! would agree the guitars could be more raw but think that this will introduce a whole new generation to the poppies! the poppies have constantly re-invented themselves and they have done it again! UNSPOILT BY PROGRESS!

I think the bottom line is some folk wont like the new stuff no matter what it sounds like.
