A muso mate of mine can mass produce cdr's himself at home, he does his own stuff and does them for other bands he knows. Someone like that could be the answer?

I do about 50 a month for my club night...but they are only 20 mins long. It's do-able for me I just don't like the idea of burner fail!

I will ensure they get done don't worry kidz.

It probably doesn't help you, but if you need some extra burning power or need a quality burner then I have a new-in-box (only used to test burn) Plextor PX-760A IDE DVD burner I'd be happy to send you to use & keep after. It's one of the last decent models Plextor made.
