^For what it's worth VMNP, I was pretty steamed myself when my order went south. I ordered an obscene amount of stuff... then paid extra shipping to get the hoodie. Over the course of the next 3 weeks, I got messages that this item or that item had been refunded. I then got the message about the hoodie being refunded (without having the extra shipping for it refunded). There had been no explanation of any of it up to that point - which is when I finally got fussy and fired off an angry (but polite) email.
I, too, got a prompt and polite email back from Crabbi explaining what was going on and he sorted out my shipping as well.
So, essentially, this is all one man (and a busy one at that), who used to have people at a record company taking care of all this bull, attempting to figure out how it all works. At this point, I wish him luck and figure we're lucky to be getting anything at all.
