Hopefully not too long a comment & hopefully not going too serious but...
As mentioned many times on here never saw the original line-up in person owing to age/ location/ misfortune so have lived vicariously through Weird's Bar & Grill, the Youtube and bootlegs. One thing you notice about the recordings is that there are always bum notes, lyrical cock ups, tuneless singing etc, but what I always heard back from people who were there was about the energy, the atmosphere & the power of the band making up for any slight mistakes.
Fast-forward to the Reading gig last week, genuinely one of the best gigs I've ever been to. Pogoing, shouting along, smile on my face, adrenaline flowing, band making an awesome racket. Noticed the glaring errors in RSVP & Everything's Cool, but Mary & Crabbi just grinned and got one with it and no-one down the front cared, we were having too good a time. Listening to the live CD since there are mistakes all over the place, but the energy of the gig was such that at the time it didn't matter.
So... in a roundabout way so what if Mary screwed up on some of the lyrics? The Poppies have never been about prog rock levels of musical accuray and technical ability, they are about having a blast and making a great racket, and this line-up keeps that spirit alive.
Stop me if I'm boring you all, but just wanted to get that off me chest!
Zero half measures (What a carve up!)
