I'm calling it early... Clint Mansell wins Academy Award for Best Original Score for Noah.

I haven't heard any of the music, but from what I have read & heard about the film, I think he's a shoe-in!

Mark my words...

Clint Poppie: Oscar winner would be incredible. Can't comment about this particular score but I'm convinced he'll bag one at some point.

They will find a way of deeming him inelligable for this again.

Anyhow Clint has worked on 2 songs - without drums or guitars - just keyboards by all accounts - for the new Biffy Clyro LP due in Jan 2013.

That sounds interesting, will have to keep an eye out for it.
