Just listened to it, but the interview appeared to be with someone called Clint Man-Zell?

Nice one. Music in the background sounded great too.

Im sure Huey is a nice bloke but than was one of the slackest shows I've heard. Really poor delivery, mistakes ever other sentence and a real rushed feel to the whole show. His choices for this 'soundtrack' show didn't exactly dig deep either, I think he brought his Tarantino CD collection in and a 1990's blaxploitation compilation too.
As for the Clint interview. It's always nice to hear him but for f*cks sake can every interview from now on skip the same old life story...it's like a stuck record. I'd rather we hear about something else career wise for a change. It must be a bit dull for Clint too surely?
There have been one or two very intersting and more indepth inteviews over the years but they tend to be by soundtrack journalists.

The fact he played Pusherman from Superfly and then almost stated it was from Superfy TNT before being corrected was awful. His song chioce was so unimaginative. It was like someone looking through there CD's on a Sunday and randomly playing stuff. No research, a waste of interviewing Clint & Carpenter. He didn't even ask Clint about The Iron Lady or anything else he is doing now. I think Clint & Huey are pals though?

I listen to his show a lot - he plays some good stuff but on the knowledge front he can fall a little flat (on this he played "the real me" by the who telling us it was from tommy, then corrected himself at the end of song).
He also from time to time sounds as though he's smoked a huge one before going on air........
