London Meet-up (cos me and rob) are going to be late

Could someone suggest early places to meet Paul/payback as he is worried he will be in London alone. I've told him the streets are paved with gold and all the chimney sweeps have a cheeky wink and chirpy thing to say but he's not convinced.

I'm hoping to get there by 7 and I know there's a pub next door.
