Just for the record Jimmy Swaggart is widely credited for this dialog but I’m pretty certain this is just a red herring. It’s very much more likely to be by the late Rev. Jerry Falwell as was suggested prior by Jason. It’s just occurred to me the answer was in the song title all along. ‘The Incredible Pwei Vs. The Moral Majority ‘ Rev Jerry Falwell was one of the cofounders of the Moral Majority…. wikipedia my friends, what would I do without it?

By voice alone, I am pretty convinced that it is Jimmy Swaggart on the track. It really just doesn't sound like Falwell preaching to me. Swaggart did go through a long phase of preaching about the evil of rock music, as it was a perfect contrast to the popularity of his controversial rock musician brother, Jerry Lee Lewis.
