Had the misfortune to catch this pop ditty that appears to be popular in the hit parade whilst flicking over telly this morning, and it would appear this chap is very much rubbing another man's rhubarb...

EDIT: His fans are really sensitive. They swear the sample is some Bulgarian "Pilentze Pee" thing and that anyone who has anything except true love for Jason is a turd. After reviewing several videos of a traditional Bulgarian woman's chorus song called "Pilence Pee", the poppies must have indeed sampled it way back when.

Tried to watch this last night but it took 10 mins to do nothing so I cancelled it.

I like the way he samples and advert at the start, very post modern.

Weird - I can watch it... where are the samples, though? (or am I getting an incorrect link? I've got some dancer R&B thing - but I'm missiong PWEI things)...

I think it was an iPhone thing, now it seems to work. What a waste of a sample... It sounds all digitally stretched out and artifacted, nothing compares to an analog tape stretch.
