Actually, "Thieves" and "Everything's Cool" are very different:
Everything's Cool has rap vocals, a fairly danceable beat and a general Industrial sound.
Thieves has one section is which straight-forward Industrial, and a Thrash section.
I think that riff is brilliant, but Ministry are SHITTY songwriters - and they kinda screwed it up with that lousy Thrash section (which should've been its own sperate song, and a B-Side. Not good enough for the rest of The Mind).
EC sees, at least to me, PWEI perfecting their style (Industrial-Rap-Rock) while "Thieves" is a song that remains better in theory. It's the one track on Dos Dedos where they get everything right. How come it didn't become a hit, especially considering the rise of Nu Metal?
I gotta get that Youth mix. Is it by the same people who remixed Wise Up Sucker? That remix was fantastic.
