Help for a US fan trying to get the goods...

Well, my instinct about their legal right to sell that CD was wrong. I was trying to place an order for it and it was gone... along with everything else VE. Crap, if I'd only known what VMNP was playing with us about a week earlier

I got a reply to my email asking about what happened and if I would ever be able to order again. It was all the usual vague legalese about how it was time to part ways with the VE product and in the best interests of both parties to move on... we think this is for the best... it seems abrupt, but is all according to plan...

Oh well, I wish I'd seen it a week ago and ordered it because I'd be one of very, very few people who owned it. It'd be one of those items that collectors aren't proud to own, but still wish they had.

I don't exactly know what a "Mug" is, but I'd have been one. Remember, I have spent boatloads of money on 100% legitimate poppie merch, so I'm still a supporter... even if they don't come to the U.S. to tour (hint, hint... please).

Agreed. I don't think any of us are particularly proud of our VLVE merch, but were more than ok with supporting the band. This recent stunt seemed like it was dPulse trying to make a bit of coin off of Crabbi's recent hard work and persistence trying to get PWEI back in people's heads.

To be honest, I'm with the Goblin Boy on this one, I would never have bought it.

Well, I'm sure anyone who ordered it before it was pulled will actually get it. I say that because dP uses one of those "press as you order" companies (like CD Baby) to manufacture and ship. So, once an order has been issued, there's really no stopping it.

Since the release was obviously NOT legal, I expect there is no reason it couldn't be shared...

The only thing that would vaguely have tempted with this release is a physical copy of the DR artwork and booklet. megaupload can't help with that and I've got the tracks already..
