I have to say I had to be convinced to set-up a forum. It's not something I usually go in for. We've already asked the question on here so it didn't really need asking again. This forum appeals to people that I have actually met in the real world (mostly).

I have stuff that tells me how many people clicked or shared my twitter feeds and it's usually around 50 people (out of approx 250). On a good day the whole site gets around 400 visitors but that's dropped off recently to less than 50. I suspect it'll pick-up again nearer tour dates. I guess I really need to make it more user content generated (like facebook but not facebook). to get the community feeling you're hoping for.
