Not sure about the rest of you but this has been a bugger to track down. I posted mine off and it seems everyone else did to. Found it in an unplayed 12"

It deffo came with the standard 12". Not sure about the remix 12" or 7". I bought all 3 at the time and can't remember mailing 3 x cards off - just one. I've looked in every second hand copy of the 3 x vinly formats I've ever come across and none have had the postcard in. It's heartwarming to know we all must have mucked in and posted them off!
