It is. The page I have linked to is where someone asked about the ned's forum. The last post on that page is the ned's admin replying to the query to state -

'the forum is still available, i just allowed the domain name to lapse as i wasn't able to foot the bill anymore. it's amazing how the little things add up when you're unemployed/underemployed for 2 years... fortunately the admin's here are still host the LM forum as they have been for many years.

The ned's forum was always hosted by the Stuffies one, but used to have it's own domain for going direct to it. The above message is what led me back there. I hadn't bothered reading the message about registrations as I could still log in. Once in there are active boards where people still (occasionally) post. I have now linked back here in reponse to somebody on there who was enquiring about '8 year half life'.
