Does anyone know what the sample is from on the above song? A few sites say lupe fiasco "end of the world".

I'm sure this is an old 80s song but it may just sound like it. No particular reason other than I'm trying to remember where it's from or what it sounds like. I keep thinking it's that Nu Shooz song.
