Designer's Republic working on Formula Fusion game.

So, as many of you know well, The Designer's Republic did the graphic design for the first three "Wipeout" games. This was a famous anti-gravity racing game on Playstation.
The original development team for the game is working on a new, super similar game called "Formula Fusion" and TDR is doing the graphic design.
Man! I love it when two of my favorite things come together.

Yeah I saw that a little while back, the later WipeOut games really lacked something without the tDR design so this looks like it could be as great as the first three.

I will try to give credit to the Wipeout HD/Fury game on PS3. The game itself was really amazing and, despite the weird "mag-lev" upside down part on that one track, played so damn well - and the graphics were absolutely stunning. I was a king of online play on it. The logo and other graphic design work on it was actually pretty darn good. It wasn't quite at TDR level of perfection, but whoever it was did a pretty decent job of keeping in the same style and yet making it their own.
