I just think it looks better and is easier to read. Running across a capital "A" in any title always just looks wrong to me.
Also, while the Wikipedia page on Capitalization offers no clear rule, I looked up The Beatles and Pink Floyd on Wikipedia and the song titles were, in fact, in Title Style: "Ticket to Ride," "A Day in the Life," "Careful with That Axe, Eugene" and "Set the Controls for the Heart of the Sun" being prime examples.
